What is your shipping policy?
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
What is the shelf life of Sweet Hibiscus Herbs?
When stored in cool place away from direct sunlight, our herbs have a shelf life of approximately 1-2 years.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we do not. We hope to incorporate international shipping in the future.
Are you products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals. We are a cruelty free brand.
When is a refund request issued?
1. When the wrong item was delivered and you dont’t want the correct item sent out. Please send photo a of the item received to confirm wrong item.
2. When the vaccum sealed packaging has come to you damaged and you would not like a replacement sent out. Please submit a photo confirming the damage .
3. When the order has not been shipped in 1-3 business days and there has been no communication involved explaining the delay.
4. When there are missing items and you don’t want the missing items sent out.
EXAMPLE: if you order 4 items and 3 are sent, you will be partially refunded for the 4th item not sent. You will not be refunded for the entire order.
5. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to covid and keeping people health in consideration.
**REFUNDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERED IS RECEIVED.
**PLEASE NOTE IF AN ITEM IS MISSING OR DAMAGED, WE ARE HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ITEM INSTEAD OF A REFUND.
